Occasionally whilst collecting thousands of bins across the District, the odd one may get missed. If this happens to you, the quickest way to report a missed bin is online. Please report it to us within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day and, should we have genuinely missed it, we will return within 48 (working) hours of being notified.
