Salary: £32,050 to £35,674 per annum

We are looking for 4 full time Revenues and Benefits Officers (37.5 hours a week). We will consider applications from those wanting to work less than full time hours, but you must be able to work a full day on a Monday and a Friday, finishing at 5.30pm. In the Revenues and Benefits Department we offer face-to-face services for our customers from our offices (Three Rivers House in Rickmansworth and the Town Hall in Watford), so there will be a mixture of office days and working from home days.
As a Revenues & Benefits Officer at Three Rivers District Council you will be responsible for the timely and accurate assessment of claims for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support, and assist with the administration and collection of Council Tax as well as the recovery of overpaid Housing Benefit, Business Rates and Sundry Debts; therefore attention to detail and the ability to digest complex rules and regulations is important to us. Relevant knowledge and experience is desired but full and extensive training will be provided.

Salary: £20,812 per annum

Trainee to undertake grounds maintenance duties in connection with all works within the grounds maintenance and Aquadrome contract and to insure that all works is carried out to a high standard.

What we are looking for:- Some knowledge, interest and experience of horticulture
Some plant awareness/Maintenance desirable

Salary: £38,748 - £47,282 per annum

The ideal candidate will have 3 years minimum experience in a Local land Charges environment handling Local Land Charges and associated services. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead, manage and successfully deliver services and projects.

Strong verbal and written skills with excellent attention to detail are essential. The candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability and initiative to handle a diverse and competing workload and work to tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills will be necessary as the position will involve liaising and negotiating with a range of stakeholders including the public, external agents and organisations, Council Members and other Council departments.

Salary: £20,971.60 per annum

We are looking for individuals who are ready to learn, are proactive and can work using their own initiative with appropriate guidance. The Apprentice must have a keen interest in customer care and have the drive and motivation to succeed in delivering the required results.

Salary: £31,102 - £32,971 per annum (pro rata)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and driven individual with highly effective communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development and delivery of Housing strategy and policy and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage relationships with external and internal partners.
