NHS care advice for the Jubilee bank holiday weekend

Hospital emergency departments and ambulance services remain under immense pressure, and may not always be required. Many people can be treated safely and comfortably elsewhere, meaning those who need life-saving care can be seen quicker.

Your best routes to urgent care include visiting your local pharmacy for advice, booking an out-of-hours appointment with your GP or contacting NHS 111.

Revenue and benefits service survey

We're improving our revenues and benefits services, which cover council tax, housing benefits and business rates. Most households in the borough will reach out to us for at least one of these three services, and as online contact continues to grow and be a preferred option for some residents, we need to make sure our website and online forms are fit for purpose.

By completing this survey, you can have your say on your recent experience of using our website for revenues and benefits services, and help us build a clear picture of what it is like for you as a resident
