Did you know that there are over 2,700 Local Authority foster carers like you in Wales?
You do amazing work. But the number of Looked After Children in need of foster care is growing all the time.
So, we need to find more of the right kind of foster carers to meet that need. We need to find more people like you, to help us match foster children with the right families and help foster children stay in their local community when it is right for them.
So, we’re making a few changes to help us make things better for local children across Wales. To help us all take a big step forwards.

Oeddech chi'n gwybod bod dros 2,700 o ofalwyr maeth Awdurdod Lleol fel chi yng Nghymru?
Rydych chi'n gwneud gwaith anhygoel. Ond mae nifer y Plant sy'n Derbyn Gofal sydd angen gofal maeth yn cynyddu drwy'r amser.
Felly, mae angen i ni ddod o hyd i fwy o'r math iawn o ofalwyr maeth i fodloni'r angen hwnnw. Mae angen i ni ddod o hyd i fwy o bobl fel chi, i'n helpu i baru plant maeth â'r teuluoedd cywir ac i helpu plant maeth i aros yn eu cymuned leol pan fydd yn iawn iddyn nhw.
Felly, rydyn ni’n gwneud ychydig o newidiadau i'n helpu i wneud pethau'n well i blant lleol ledled Cymru. I'n helpu ni i gyd i gymryd cam mawr ymlaen.
