Torre Abbey is now reopen following a few weeks of conservation cleaning, spring cleaning and staff training. We have also painted two of our galleries, which are now looking fantastic.
We are now open from Tuesday to Sunday each week, so do pop in, as we'd love to see you.

We are currently recruiting for both a Learning and Community Engagement Coordinator and a Visitor Welcome Assistant.

Did you catch Meadfoot Beach looking spectacular on Channel 5's Watercolour Challenge recently? Filmed on a lovely sunny day, the artists were given the challenge of capturing this beautiful area of Torbay on canvas.
The episode also featured our manager Lucinda Heron chatting about watercolours in the Torre Abbey collection, as well as local historian Kevin Dixon.
