ASB can include issues such as noise nuisance, harassment, vandalism, drug-related activity and hate incidents.
What you can expect from us: β’ A prompt response; within 3 working days for most cases β’ Faster action for serious or high-risk cases β’ Clear advice and agreed next steps β’ Regular updates while your case is active β’ Joint working with the police and partner agencies
If you are experiencing ASB, please report it as early as possible so we can support you and take action.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and included in their home and community. Being targeted because of your identity; such as your race, religion, disability, sexuality or gender identity, is not acceptable.
We are working with True Vision to support reporting of hate incidents and ensure residents can access the help they need.
A hate incident is any act of hostility, discrimination or abuse directed at someone because of who they are. If this happens to you, you are not alone and support is available.
Our Anti-Social Behaviour Team will: β’ Listen and take your concerns seriously β’ Record what happened based on your experience β’ Respond promptly and appropriately β’ Work to prevent further harm
All reports are handled sensitively and confidentially.

We work closely with safeguarding partners to protect residents and will share information where appropriate to keep people safe.

We aim to attend all confirmed repairs appointments as scheduled and will keep you informed if arrangements need to change.
If we do not attend a confirmed appointment and appropriate notice has not been provided, the circumstances will be reviewed in line with our Repairs Policy. In some cases, a missed appointment voucher may be issued.
If you believe an appointment has been missed, please contact the Repairs Team:

Help us improve
Around one in four repair appointments is currently recorded as βno accessβ. We recognise this does not always reflect residentsβ experiences.
We are reviewing how appointments are arranged and recorded to better understand what is happening and where improvements are needed.
Over the coming months, we will contact some residents who have experienced a missed appointment to gather feedback and help improve the service.
If you are contacted, your feedback will directly shape how we make appointments more reliable and easier to manage.

Earlier this month, members of the Housing Team joined residents at Aldwick Court for a community litter pick, making a visible difference to the local environment.
The team worked together to clear the estate, tackling everything from general litter to more difficult items. Residents shared positive feedback following the event:
"It is clear that the work has made a significant and positive difference, and we truly appreciate their participation in helping to improve our community." Mark, Aldwick Court Residents' Association
"I just wanted to thank you and the team for litter picking. I appreciate looking out my window and not seeing mess." Resident, Aldwick Court
Thank you to everyone who took part and helped improve the area.
