The Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub are excited to announce that they will be hosting their annual Manufacturing & Engineering Expo… This year with a twist, as of course, it’s virtual!

The Manufacturing & Engineering Expo will be a central hub to update and inform delegates on the latest support and grant opportunities available across the region.

It’s your chance to hear short presentations from the experts and virtually visit and speak with the exhibitors, Growth Hub partners, who can offer a diverse range of funded support schemes to enable growth and sustainability for your business.

More LCBEP Grant successes

The Low Carbon Business Evolution Programme (LCBEP) is continuing to help businesses across Stoke on Trent & Staffordshire LEP reduce their carbon footprint and increase energy efficiency.

  • A FREE specialist low carbon review around Energy Efficiency
  • Grant funding of between £2,000 – £20,000 (up to 60% of your net costs covered) to help businesses implement recommendations.

Active Travel Fund Consultation – your views wanted before 12th March!!

Staffordshire County Council have been awarded an additional £1.8m Government allocation to deliver walking and cycling improvement schemes in:

  • Burton upon Trent
  • Cannock
  • Newcastle-under-Lyme
  • Stafford

The improvements aim to provide an attractive alternative to the travelling public for shorter journeys, whilst improving the public realm for everybody, not just walkers and cyclists.

The Great Green Gathering - Going Greener. Can you help?

Staffordshire University are planning a family-friendly and fun-filled day, the public being invited to join experts from across Staffordshire University and the local community for lots of fun and educational activities for all ages. The Great Green Gathering – Going Greener presents a fantastic opportunity for raising public awareness of sustainable issues and biodiversity and the benefits it can bring to health, wellbeing, industry and environment.
