The weather is set to be dry and warm across Staffordshire this week. If you can, make the most of it by spending time outdoors.
 Did you know that moving your body more, for just 10 minutes can make a big difference to how you feel?
You can now enjoy the fresh air by getting outside to walk, play, relax or have a picnic.
But you must stay alert, by keeping 2 metres apart from anyone who is not part of your household, at all times.
 You can meet a friend or relative somewhere outdoors, like the park. But you must keep 2 metres apart.
