Young Persons Workshop: Louise Bourgeois Fabric and Wire Spider Animation

Spend the day learning about Louise Bourgeois, using wire, fabric and found materials to create spider sculptures inspired by her work. You will then learn how to turn your artwork into a stop-motion animation.

News just in: you can now access complimentary Wi-Fi when enjoying tea & cake in our delightful cafe at Tudor House and Garden. Ideal for informal business meetings, or just to catch up on your emails whilst relaxing with a coffee. Remember - you don't have to pay for entry to the house to use the cafe.

Our popular Egyptians session is back. Learn about different Egyptian gods and  goddesses, try the heart weighing scales, mummify an orange and complete a craft activity. The oranges can be messy so be advised to wear old clothes! 


All Aboard Titanic

Discover all about life on board Titanic. Explore the different people on the ship and what life was like in 1912 through lots of different fun activities. This offers the chance to investigate the disaster in an interesting, child-friendly way.
