Õkeanos Cycle No 1 brings the sounds of the sea into the centre of the city: so strongly associated with the oceans and yet physically separated from the waters’ edge. This audio artwork, installed as part of Nuffield Playing Field, is composed of sounds of water recorded by artist David Ward at locations in Hampshire, Dorset and Devon.
