Cookery Leader Training
4 - 5 September 2014 / 10am - 4pm / Northam Community Centre, Kent Street Northam / Free
This popular training program offers two days of free training and support for Black and minority ethnic groups who are passionate about good and healthy food. It will help participants improve their cookery skills and expand their understanding of food, health and environmental issues. It will also enable attendees to work effectively with others, share their enthusiasm for good food as well as plan and run a cookery course, group or community project.
