Tonight: Outdoor author recital

Sign up to this FREE education course and learn all about healthy eating and well-being. Learn in a relaxed atmosphere, develop skills and become a mentor to others. This is a great opportunity to develop social groups with a passion for food and healthy eating, make new friends and have some fun!
This easy and fun seven week course starts in September.
You will:
  • Learn how to cook healthy meals for you and your group.
  • Receive tips on healthy eating and budgeting so you can eat healthily at home with friends and family.
  • Be able to create and attend lunch groups that are social, interactive and fun.
