  Have your say on the proposals for the redevelopment of Plots 2, 9 and 10 at Townhill Park
From today (Monday 28 November), Drew Smith will be hosting a two-week engagement survey on their website which will run until Monday 12 December to find out residents' views on the redevelopment plans for three sites within Townhill Park.
 Southampton City Council is looking to deliver 273 new homes and 314 parking spaces across the three plots through a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 3 and 4-bedroom houses.
The purpose of this engagement survey is to share the latest plans for the three sites with existing residents and stakeholders and receive their feedback prior to the submission of a formal planning application.
Southampton City Council have been working with representatives of the Local Planning Authority and SO18 Big Local to define the key principles of the scheme.

 Invitation to Townhill Park Community Event for Plots 2, 9 and 10
We would like to invite you to attend a community engagement drop-in event on Wednesday 30 November from 3pm-7pm at Townhill Park Community Centre. You will be able to review the design proposals for plots 2, 9 & 10 in Townhill Park and give your feedback. The event will be hosted by Southampton City Council and the Drew Smith design team.
Please note, there will be paper copies of the engagement survey available at the event if you would like to fill them out when you are there.
