Important info – Southampton Central Library closed today

Due to overnight flooding, the library is closed today, Tuesday 24 September 2019.

We will review the situation and issue an update tomorrow, but in the meantime please keep an eye on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages for further news.

Any items due to be returned to Central Library today have automatically had their loans extended until Tuesday 1 October 2019.

Requested items due to be collected today from Central Library will still be available for collection when we reopen.

The library's online services are unaffected and items can be renewed here.
