Missed a bin?

While we try to collect every bin on time, every time, there are a number of reasons why a bin might not be picked up as expected. We have recently switched on a new way of checking your bin collection dates and reporting a missed collection on our website. Log on to find out more.


Renew your bus pass online

If your older person's bus pass is coming up for renewal or you are about to reach pensionable age then why not order your next pass online? You can use our renewal service on our website to request a new pass with the minimum of fuss. No more trips into Gateway or the library and filling out long paper forms!

First-time Central Heating Funding through Southampton Healthy Homes

Through the Southampton Healthy Homes project, Southampton City Council and the Environment Centre (tEC) are able to offer funding to help eligible households with the cost of installing gas central heating systems into homes without central heating.
