Personal injury firm Freeclaim Solicitors has secured new 11,500 sq ft premises at Cheadle Royal Business Park as part of ambitious plans for the development of the practice.

Orbit Developments, has secured a new tenant, Cosmos Tours Ltd, at its Regent House building in the town centre.

The workwear and protective clothing designer and manufacturer Ballyclare has purchased 2 units totalling 11,000 sq ft at Hercules Office Park in Cheadle Hulme. The company will be relocating its Headquarters from Stockport town centre to the new premises.

Chancerygate have completed a deal at Spark totalling 16,782 sq ft. Chinese electrics firm CHINT has taken units 9 and 11 and join Jaguar Land Rover who recently opened a new dealership on the business park. The final phase of the scheme is now 40% sold with strong interest in the remaining few units.

Investing in Stockport – find out more

Investing in Stockport is the Council's ambitious programme to ensure our town continues to grow and build on its strengths. An important part of this multi-million pound programme is the ‘Investing in Growth’ projects that will see investment being made into a range of developments across Stockport by the Council and partners. Estimates predict that this will bring at least 5,000 new jobs and 1,100 new homes to our town. 

As part of the Council's commitment to keep you informed, dedicated webpages have just been launched to provide information about all of the key Investing in Growth projects that are being implemented, as well as regularly updated parking and traffic & travel information.
