Double celebration for GWR Fasteners Ltd, Oswestry
A fasteners distributor and manufacturer of special fasteners and precision components, has been celebrating two prestigious events in the past few weeks. Jude and Gary Robinson (opposite) GWR Fasteners Ltd was named Best New Business at the Shropshire Business Awards 2014. The company was also chosen by Government to feature as a case study in their Regional Growth Fund Annual Monitoring Report 2014.

Business Improvement Grants £10k
Currently 46 businesses in the region have benefitted from a free business review undertaken by local universities, with a further 13 companies about to embark on the process.
Grants from £2,000 to £10,000 are available, for projects of £4,000 to £20,000. Grants can be used for bid writing to help attain larger grant schemes such as the Business Innovation Programme for Greenbridge, project development, proof of concept, market research, prototyping, achievement of ISO or CE Marking and more.
