The Friday Hub is focussing on sales this week and is looking at how to add a little pizazz to our sales and marketing efforts. Whilst it's ultimately what we say that counts - it's how we say it that determines whether anybody listens. Let’s avoid silly gimmicks or tricks and look instead at real and proven techniques to help us be heard above all others and to ensure we can be more attractive to prospective customers. 

Friday 8th December - Don’t ask if- ask which

This week, the Friday Hub will be considering how to ask for the business or close the sale. It's a shocking fact that nearly all sales that do not come to fruition are lost because nobody asks for the business. Or sometimes, the request was so apologetic that the customer didn't even notice! Whilst none of us like aggressive pushy sales people, we all recognise that the future prosperity of our business is contingent on our ability to win work!  This fine balance to sensitive selling needs care and technique.
