Help to keep communities safe
This newsletter is to help keep you updated with the latest information about Covid-19 so you can share with your organisations and communities. Thank you for your support - we really appreciate your help keeping communities in Sheffield safe.
Vaccine clinics
You can walk-in to get a Covid-19 vaccination at a convenient site without needing to book an appointment in advance. Anyone aged 16 or over can attend at a drop-in clinic. You do not need to be registered with a GP or provide any documentation if you attend.
You can also book on-line here or call 119 to book a convenient date. You do need to be registered with a GP to book on-line.
Grab a jab at the clinics listed below:
- Sheffield NHS vaccination centre, Longley Lane, Sheffield S5 7JN, Monday - Sunday, 8am - 6.30pm
- Darnall Primary Care Centre drop-in clinic, Darnall Primary Care Centre, 290 Main Road, Darnall, Sheffield, S9 4QH, Monday - Friday 7pm - 9pm, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 4.30pm (please note this site will be closed after 30 Sept)
Both clinic's are offering Pfizer and Astra Zeneca 1st and 2nd doses, no ID or registration needed, anyone aged 16+ can attend.

- Thursday 30 Sept & Fri 1 October, Shipshape Health & Wellbeing Centre, The Stables, Sharrow Lane, S11 8AE, 11am-3pm
- Saturday 2 Oct, Arley St Car Park, off St Mary’s Gate, S2 4QA (in front of Aldi supermarket), 10am-4pm
- Thurs 7 Oct - Sun 10 Oct, Burngreave Vestry Hall, 2 Burngreave Road, Sheffield, S3 9DD, 11.30am - 6.30pm

Community Covid Bus
Visit the Community Covid Bus this week on:
- Wed 22 Sept, Fargate (outside WHSmith), 10am - 4pm
- Fri 24 Sept, Devonshire Green, Sheffield City Centre, 10am - 4pm
A visit to the bus is a great opportunity for you to pick up some home testing kits, learn about self-isolation support, and book your vaccination if you haven’t already. Find out more at Community Covid Bus - YouTube

Self isolation info
We've added a new Self Isolation guide to the Community Resources page under the Self Isolation Section. Don't forget, there is also self-isolation information on the SCC Coronavirus Hub detailing the new rules changes, practical and financial support and what to expect when you’re contacted by NHS Test & Trace.

Mobile Testing Unit (MTU)
Remember the mobile testing site is open in the city centre in Milton Street Car Park, Sheffield, S3 7WB. It's open 7 days a week from 9am – 3pm and it's for pedestrian & drive through Coronavirus tests.
