Thank you for all your help
Thank you for all the support you're giving to communities during Covid - 19. We appreciate everything you're doing to help keep communities in Sheffield safe.
Supporting communities to stay safe
We've created a webpage to help support communities during Covid - 19. It's a space that anyone can access and where we've put key public safety information to use and share as and when needed. It's here: www.sheffield.gov.uk/coronaviruscommunityresources, or click below...

There's information on:
- Community Helpline
- Got symptoms - Get tested
- Handwashing
- Keep a safe distance
- Self isolating
- Limit contact
- Shopping
Lots of languages & formats
All the information we've supplied is in a variety of languages and formats including materials to download and print, social media images to share, e.g. posters about handwashing, or images to use on Twitter about our Community Helpline, Easy Read posters and lots more.
There are links to our You Tube channel for British Sign Language information, and additional links to other trusted sources of information and advice.
Everything here is free to use and we'll be updating it regularly with new materials when we have them. Please share these materials in your communities to help keep people in Sheffield safe.
Local testing information
There's now a page with information about Sheffield's testing sites and the image below is currently being translated into multiple languages and formats to share digitally. You will be able to download the image below from the Community Resources page, and link it back to: sheffieldnewsroom.co.uk/news/covid-19-testing-units-available-to-support-local-response which automatically translates all the latest testing centre information.
Updates
We're planning regular updates to the Community Resources page as information becomes available, so please keep checking it.
If there is a format or information you can't find, please email us at communications@sheffield.gov.uk and we'll try to help.
Covid-19 questionnaire
To help us understand the impacts of Covid-19, we're asking people to complete a questionnaire. It covers topics including mental health, employment, income, sources of information, home schooling, experience of shielding and future concerns people may have about the virus. To take the survey, please click the link https://sheffield.citizenspace.com/performance-research/coronavirus-rapid-health-impact-assessment or the button below...
