Mental health and wellbeing webinar
 Solent Mind is hosting an hour-long interactive virtual webinar to help you stay in control of your mental health and wellbeing. You'll explore what mental health and wellbeing means, have the opportunity to share how you keep it in check and leave the session with some practical tools and techniques to try out for yourself.

Weekly yoga classes with Jo Florio
 Enjoy stimulating and transformative yoga with Jo Florio. Held each week on Wednesday from 5.10-6.10pm via Zoom, Jo's classes include a warm up, posture practice, breath work and guided meditation. You'll also discover the myths and philosophy behind the practice.
Regular yoga can improve our wellbeing by supporting a better night's sleep, reducing stress and helping us manage any pains and aches.
