 Highways England are currently working with Mott MacDonald to design the smart motorway scheme between junctions 4 and 11 of the M27.
Solent LEP are hosting a session in September where businesses can learn more about the scheme from Highways England, as well as the measures being considered to mitigate the impact of the construction phase. You'll also have the opportunity to give feedback on the proposed plans.
The session will take place from 8-10am on Tuesday 19th September 2017 in the Portsmouth Room, Portsmouth Guildhall, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth PO1 2AB.
 Have your say on topics like the city's retail centres, land requirements for business, transport and infrastructure by sharing views on the 'issues and options' document the council has produced as part of developing the new Local Plan for Portsmouth.
The closing date for comments is Thursday 28 September 2017.
