Ideas from Europe - Development and Scaling Call for Entrepreneurs The European Commission has launched a Call for Proposals concerning the further development and scaling of Ideas from Europe (IfE), an initiative developed by the European Commission in close cooperation with the Dutch Ministry of Economy and the SME Envoys. IfE is part of the European Commission's efforts to make sure Europe's entrepreneurs can scale their business ideas and do so in Europe.
