Senior Advisor - Pensions
We are offering a unique opportunity to work between our service and Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service, sharing your knowledge and expertise of pensions with both organisations.
We are looking for the right individual to join us, working predominantly within the Firefighter Pension Scheme on behalf of our services. The successful candidate will lead on challenging and rewarding pension projects, including the recent pension remedies, which will have a direct impact on employees and their pensions.
Contract: Permanent Salary: £44,428 to £45,441 plus £10,000 additional market supplement Location: Flexible, including home working if preferred Deadline: Monday, June 10th

Fire Protection Team Leader
The successful candidate will support the Fire Protection Manager and oversee the team; enabling them to deliver effective technical fire safety across Cumbria as well as providing support, advice, management, and supervision.
This will include assisting the Fire Protection Inspectors with audits of higher fire risk business premises and undertaking any relevant enforcement activities.

Fire Protection Inspector
The successful candidate will work as part of a small and dedicated team, undertaking fire safety audits in higher fire risk buildings such as healthcare premises, residential care premises and large places of assembly.
The role also involves working with team leadership in the preparation of Enforcement Notices, Prohibition Notices and Alteration Notices, as well as investigating breaches.
Contract: Permanent Salary: £38,223 to £39,186 Location: Countywide Deadline: Sunday, June 16th

Business Systems Analyst
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of our digital transformation programme and to support the design and implementation of business-critical systems and applications.
The successful candidate will work with leads from across our service, providing subject matter expertise, including systems, data and technical guidance for business applications.
