25th November 2025 Landlord Forum

We are holding an in-person landlord forum on 25 November 2025 in the Assembly Room, Oxford Town Hall at 10.00am. The event will end at approximately 1pm.

You must book your place in advance, as capacity is limited, using the link below. If you do not book in advance, then we cannot guarantee you a space.

Please arrive from 9.45am for a 10am start, refreshments will be available. The session will cover:

Energy efficiency grants and support update: Emily Green, Energy Efficiency Officer, Oxford City Council
Property inspection and spotting hazards: Residential Regulation Team, Oxford City Council

3rd December 2025 Agent Forum

Following feedback from agents, we are re-starting our agent only forum. This is a chance to discuss HMO & Selective Licensing schemes, issues relating to the private rented sector and areas for improvements. The Agent Only forum is on 03 December in the Long Room, Oxford Town Hall at 10.00am. We aim to start at 10.10am ending at approximately 12.30pm.

We will focus on the HMO Additional Licensing consultation and operation of the scheme.
