The Renters Rights Bill will introduce a national database for landlords. The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government are launching a pilot scheme to test the database. Oxford City Council have been selected as a regional authority for testing. We are looking for landlords to volunteer to help test the database and provide feedback to The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government. This is a unique opportunity for landlords to provide feedback on behalf of the landlord community.
The City Council will have access to be able to view the information to allow us to provide feedback to The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government.
The information on the database is only for test purposes. Once the pilot has concluded, the data will be removed.

Please note, the pilot is restricted to landlords only. We understand Letting Agents may be included in later testing.
