Oxford City Council (ATLAS) Accreditation Training Days |
|
|
Oxford City Council's Accreditation Scheme provider, ATLAS, are holding the following in-person accreditation training days at Oxford Town Hall.
- 06 March 2025
- 05 June 2025
- 04 September 2025
- 06 November 2025
Accreditation lasts for 2 or 5 years. Getting accredited is good for business. Tenants have the peace of mind that you are a good landlord or agent, and you can access a range of training courses and benefit. Accreditation allows HMO landlords to apply for a 5 year HMO licence, which is a significant cost saving compared to two or one year licences. For Selective Licences, there is a discount for accredited landlords.
Training days are also available virtually or in London
