Thank you to those landlords that came to our forum on the 16th of November. You can find the slides on our Landlord and Agent Resource page (scroll down to the end).

We've had requests from landlords for more information on the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. You can find a Housing Health and Safety Rating System presentation with audio visual recording on the above webpage.
We apologise for the delay in making the slides available, this was due to the time taken for ICT to amend the website.
If you have any suggestions for topics for the April 2024 Landlord Forum please email psst@oxford.gov.uk

Are you a landlord looking to improve the energy efficiency of your rental property?
We are working with Low Carbon Hub and Cosy Homes Oxfordshire to find landlords and tenants to register an interest in receiving a free Whole House Assessment on their home, and to act as case studies to demonstrate the potential benefits of installing energy efficiency measures.
The free Whole House Assessment will help to identify any other energy improvements which could cut the carbon emissions of your home. You can find out more about the process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gm27rS3eYPE
