If something doesn’t seem right at the Kronospan site, the best way to let us know is by reporting it through our official channels. This can be done by calling us directly or by submitting a report using our online form. Please do not contact individual officers, as reports need to come through these routes to be logged, tracked and assessed correctly. Reports shared on social media or sent directly to staff may not contain enough detail for us to act on.

Once a report is received, it is assessed using evidence, expert judgement and available data. Not all reports require a site visit. In some cases, information can be assessed remotely or alongside existing monitoring data. If we need more detail, we may contact you directly.
This approach helps us decide the most effective response and use our resources where they have the greatest impact. You can learn more about how we regulate Kronospan, including our role and priorities, on our updated Citizen Space page:

Every incident report we receive helps us build a clearer picture of what is happening at the site. We prevent and reduce pollution by prioritising the most serious incidents, based on the risk to the environment, people, and wildlife.
While we understand people want updates, we don’t provide individual feedback on every report. This allows our teams to focus on assessing information and taking action where it is most needed. All reports are expertly reviewed, even if you do not hear back from us directly.
