The path to mindfulness
Rhossili, Gower
Being out on the path is a great way to relax, unwind and take a break from the everyday stress of life.
On the path, we love watching the tides ebb and flow and listening to the tunes of the birds around us. We make sure to stop that little bit longer to take in those epic coastal views. It’s the simple things in life that make us happy!
Summer may be gone but we’re looking forward to autumn walks now.
You get to see the Welsh coast in a different light and perspective. We love watching the winter sun go down all whislt being wrapped up warm!
Before you head out on your walks, why not check out our walking essentials to keep you warm and stylish as the cooler months approach.
We’ve got practical and stylish hoodies and T-shirts (useful to pack another layer to put on in your bag) and useful accessories like travel blanket and ruck sacks.
Every purchase goes to supporting the path for now and for the future.
