Looking after your mental health while staying at home

Mind charity

During this time of uncertainty and change it's important we all look after our mental health.

There are lots of things that you can do to help your mental well-being over the next few weeks, including:

  • Deciding on a routine and sticking to it
  • Eating well and staying hydrated
  • Finding ways to be creative and keep your mind stimulated
  • Trying to keep active
  • Staying in touch with friends and family online

Mental health charity, Mind, has more advice on how you can go about these ideas, plus much more to help you cope during this uncertain time.
