Mrs Smith's Birthday Tea Party

Mrs Smith's Birthday

Join us on what would have been Mrs Smith’s 121st Birthday to find cakes and cuppas in the Mrs Smith’s Cottage Learning Centre.

Free to enter, cakes and tea available for (cash only) donations to support the cottage. Help us preserve the memory of this very special lady and her unique home.

NavenBEEs Toddler Group

From January, our NavenBees sessions will go back to twice a month, and will then stay twice a month all year round!

Find us between 11am-12pm on the second and fourth Fridays of each month.

Our Apple Day has come and gone, and it was a whirlwind!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and pitched in to press apples into delicious juice, and a heartfelt thank you to our incredible volunteer team, without whom these events wouldn't be possible.

Museum of Memory

During opening times, included with your admission

Step back in time through reminisces of Lincolnshire and beyond.

Listen to tall tales of poachers and teachers, explore Mrs Smith’s diary entries, and add memories of your own to our social history maps.

Who knows what you might discover?

The exhibition is open until May 2024.


NavenBEEs Toddler Club

Friday 13th October, 11am-12pm

Halloween

Bring your little bees along for toddler-friendly Halloween themed crafts and activities on Friday 13th October. Spooky!.

With rhymes, crafts, and have-a-go gardening for age 2-5.

£2 per child, adults free.

Make Do & Mend Washday Weekend

Friday 20th-Monday 23rd October, 12pm-3:30pm

Start the half term with us at the cottage and have a go at washing the old fashioned way (weather permitting) while learning all about making do & mending.

Visit our Learning Centre to have a go at eco-friendly crafts like rag rug making and scrap sewing projects.

All included in your admission fee!
