USE THIS ONE heart seat collage Sleaford

Thanks for joining us in celebrating everything there is to love about Sleaford this month, through our installation.

Residents, businesses and visitors can now add tags with a personalised message to the heart selfie seat in Riverside Sleaford throughout February.

The free tags are at a growing number of businesses in Sleaford - check our socials to see the latest on where.

We are still looking for businesses in Sleaford to get in touch if they are interested in hosting tags for people to collect and attach to the installation. If you are interested in taking part, please email ecodev@n-kesteven.gov.uk

Look out for the Love Sleaford window clings in shop front windows throughout the town. If your business hasn’t received a sticker and would like one, please contact the Economic Development Team.

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Do you have something to say on skills?

For local employers, sourcing, developing and retaining people with the right skills is a serious and ongoing challenge.

Through the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), a Department for Education programme, there's now a chance to help shape the future skills profile of Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland. Will you do your bit?

We are partnering with the local LSIP delivery body, the FSB, to gain your input on this most critical issue. Together we are seeking views from employers like you across the area, to get under the skin of your current experiences and the skills you  want and need for your firms and your people to really thrive.

Please make sure that your experiences and views are collected in the research so that the District is well represented in the research report. Take part in the online survey here:
https://habit5research.questionpro.com/lsip2023fsb?custom2=NorthKestevenDistrictCouncil and share the link with your network in North Kesteven.

Responses are needed before 28 February 2023. Don't miss this chance to have your say! Click here to find out more about the Greater Lincolnshire & Rutland LSIP.

If you own or manage a business in North Kesteven we want to hear from you. Even if your answers are all ‘don’t knows’ that’s great – we need to know.

Whether you’re a sole trader, an SME or something bigger, as part of our ongoing work to better support our local enterprises we want to understand your views about tackling climate change within your business. Your responses will help us to shape the support we offer in this field. Find the survey here
