The historic machinery at Cogglesford Watermill has been grinding flour for the area's newest sustainable food outlet, Sleaford Community Larder.
The grain rumbling through the quern stones has been gifted to the mill by local family business Cope Seeds & Grain, who were keen to work with local food producers to provide help families with what may be a difficult period over Christmas time.
You can visit Cogglesford Watermill every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 12pm-4pm. Special events coming up include Climate Action Afternoon (Saturday 5th November), their monthly Milling Day (Sunday 13th November) and Santa and Mrs Claus at the Mill (Saturday 10th December).
The team have recently launched their Milling Experience Days - a great Christmas gift idea for yourself or a loved one! Contact the mill directly to book: cogglesfordwatermill@n-kesteven.gov.uk.
