RiverLight WITH LOGOS

RiverLight in Sleaford promises to be a spectacular festival, celebrating the town and welcoming people back to the high street,

From Sun 13 to Fri 18 March, RiverLight presents a week-long programme of fringe events, including creative workshops, exhibitions, history walks, river activities, live music, dance workshops, a tea dance, Spring concert and folk night.

On Sat 19 Mar, the festival comes to life with workshops, exhibitions, artwork installations, light projections, pop-up stalls, dance, theatre, music and circus.

Making use of the funding awarded to North Kesteven District Council through the Government's Welcome Back Fund, RiverLight will promote the safe and enjoyable return to Sleaford following Covid restrictions.

Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland Visitor Economy Conference 2022

Lincolnshire County Council and Business Lincolnshire's flagship conference ‘Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland Visitor Economy Conference 2022’ is taking place on Tuesday 22 March at the Lincolnshire Showground.

New online system launched for ongoing provision of free PPE to continue

A personal protective equipment (PPE) website has been launched, ensuring continuity of PPE distribution to frontline health and care staff, and other eligible users. Further information here.

Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant

If you missed the Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant deadline and having read the guidance, believe you are eligible, please email grants@n-kesteven.gov.uk with your business name, sector type, address and business rates number.

The scheme closes on Friday 18 March 2022 and all final payments must be made and dispersed to recipients by 31 March 2022.

The Council offers the service of a Business Support Adviser, Phil Means. Phil can assist businesses and provide bespoke advice and support.
