Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G) offers grants and business support for micro, small, or medium size businesses in Lincoln, North Kesteven, and West Lindsey.
Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln BIG are working in partnership to provide business support to new and existing SME businesses who trade on a businesses to businesses basis. Eligible businesses can receive up to 12 hours support or a grant to support the growth and diversification of their organisation.
The grant scheme has been able to offer revenue and capital grants between £2,000 and £7,000 supporting activities such as the creation or implementation of new systems and purchasing new equipment. Businesses can access 12 hours free business advice with one to one or one to many support in the form of workshops/networking opportunities. Businesses are entitled to receive a grant OR 12 hour’s free business advice. The C4G project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Step 4 of the roadmap proceeded as planned on Monday 19 July, as confirmed by the Prime Minister.

Becoming Cycle Friendly is a free online course for businesses in the Greater Lincolnshire area looking to welcome cyclists, whether you are an accommodation provider, food and drink business, local attraction or have a cycle specific product offer.
The course is designed to equip businesses with essential information on Lincolnshire's cycle routes and how they can work with Cycle Lincolnshire to attract more cyclists to the area.
As well as helping you understand how to market to cyclists, the course is an informative resource for adapting and preparing your business facilities in order to become Cycle Friendly.
“Becoming Cycle Friendly” consists of three concise online modules that can be completed as one session or individually at your convenience.
The first-ever hospitality strategy has been launched to support the reopening, recovery and resilience of England’s pubs, restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs.
Measures to build back better and greener from the pandemic include bringing businesses together with universities to boost innovation, and reducing waste and plastic consumption. A Hospitality Sector Council has been established and co-chaired by entrepreneur Karen Jones and Minister Scully to oversee delivery of the strategy. Further information is available here.
