The Restart Grant is still open for applications. This support is available for businesses post 1 April that are in retail, hospitality, leisure and personal care. To apply for the Restart Grant please click here. The closing date is Wednesday 30 June 2021.

The Greater Lincolnshire LEP Online Jobs and Careers Fair Series

The next Online Jobs Fair will take place on Wednesday 30th June, 10am-1pm. Register here.

The Greater Lincolnshire Online Jobs Fair series has welcomed nearly 5,000 visitors to the live events since it began in November last year and over 150 exhibitors (a mixture of local employers, education and training providers and support services) now attend.


Small business Saturday

Small Business Saturday is once again highlighting 100 small businesses. promoting one a day for 100 days leading up to Small Business Saturday 2021.

The 100 businesses receive exposure on the Small Business Saturday's social media channels and in the local and national press. Applications close on Wednesday 30 June 2021, please see here for more information.


Eviction protection extended for businesses most in need

New rules are to be established to ring-fence Covid-19 commercial rent arrears, guiding tenants and landlords to agree repayment plans. Measures to protect commercial tenants have been extended until new rules come into force, in an announcement welcomed by the hospitality sector. Further information here.


Nature recovery at heart of Natural England vision for year ahead

Natural England has outlined its programme to help the nation build back greener in the year ahead within its 2021/22 Action Plan, published 17 June.

As the nation recovers from the Covid-19 pandemic, the remit and funding for Natural England has been expanded. This will help establish our vision of creating thriving nature for people and the planet. Further information can be found here.

EU Settlement Scheme – Deadline end of June

The Home Office is advising businesses that the deadline of 30 June 2021 for applications is nearing to be made to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS). Visit www.gov.uk/eusettlementscheme for more information.
