Mental health
Mental Health Awareness Week is running between the 15th and 21st May and this years theme is anxiety.
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems we can face. In a recent mental health survey, a quarter of adults said they felt so anxious that it stopped them from doing the things they wanted to do. With support, anxiety can be made easier to manage.
In May 2023, the Mental Health Foundation will be raising awareness of the impact of anxiety on our mental wellbeing and the practical steps we can take to address it.
To get involved, the Mental Health Foundation website is full of resources and practical advice. You can also follow along with their social media feed to be a part of the conversation.
