Nutrition and Hydration Week 2023
Nutrition and Hydration Week aims to bring people together to create energy, focus and fun in order to highlight and educate people on the value of food and drink in maintaining health and well being.
With around 3 million people at risk of malnutrition in the UK it is so important that awareness is brought to the importance of food and hydration. This year from the 13th to 19th of March join in with Nutrition and Hydration week by planning activities with colleagues, family and friends to raise awareness. Better still, you can join in with the Global Tea Party happening on the 15th of March, get some friends or colleagues together and raise awareness by enjoying a cup of tea and a scone!
There are loads of ways you can get involved, so to find out more check out the Nutrition and Hydration Week website.
