New Town Velocity

Friday 6th April - 8pm

Fresh from wowing punters at the Golden Star on new years eve, New Town Velocity are a local band named after a Johhny Marr (The Smiths) song. The style of music might best be classified as Indie – Americana. Definitely worth a listen. It's their first time performing at the social club so come along and welcome something a bit new.

LOOKING AHEAD IN 2019

We're planning even more great stuff for 2019. Besides the monthly early bird quiz, big quiz, and pre home match football, we've got hot food Friday lunchtimes, our perennial 4 pints for the price of 3 (after work and before 7pm), the rock n roll club, retired members talks, various sports clubs and lots more. All for £2.50 a month!

Easter party, BBQ and bottled beer night, and loads more are on the way... More later this week hopefully (when I can find everything on my new computer). Keep your eyes peeled and thanks for your continued support and membership. We couldn't do it without you - you literally are the social club. Each and everyone of you! See you 'up the hill' soon

Please sign up your colleagues so they can enjoy as well. These events are all FREE for social club members and their guest (including children) and are paid for out of your £2.50 a month. So the more members we have, the more we can put on! Simples - innit?
