First projects go live!

The EDP has reported on our first successful applicant (find the article here) and the Local Action Groups have now approved a further 8 projects.  We will be publishing case studies on all successful projects here as soon as the projects are up and running.

LIFT handbook and guidance updated

In order to answer and clarify questions we have received from applicants, we have updated the following guidance documents which are now live on the LIFT website:

  • LIFT Applicant Handbook
  • EOI how to complete guidance
  • Full Application how to complete guidance

All the changes are described in the version control page at the beginning of each document.

Want to know more about match funding opportunities?

50% of your project costs need to come from other non-EU funds.

You can use your own business funding or relevant staff time to match fund but we know that it can be difficult to find match funding. That is why we have developed two factsheets:

  1. Match Funding FactsheetWe have identified some resources to help you find match funding for your project. In this document you will also find some match funding opportunities you may be interested in.
  2. South Norfolk District Council In-Kind match funding: If you will deliver your project fully or partially in South Norfolk, you may be interested in working with the South Norfolk District Council Early Help Hub. This document will help you calculate the potential in-kind match funding for your project. Our Facilitator can then help you discuss your idea with South Norfolk District Council.

We also want to remind you that as part of LIFT Programme, South Norfolk District Council and Broadland District Council will be providing cash match funding for projects delivering in their areas. If you are interested talk to the LIFT facilitator.

The match funding for your project needs to be secured before your project starts

We have improved the application forms!

The financial annexes for the Expression of Interest and the Full Application have been updated so that it is easier to show the match funding.

We will accept the older versions too, if your application is already worked up.

Please contact us if you aren't sure if you have the right version.
