Motherwell Beer Festival is back and looks like it’s
going to be lager than ever!
The two day event, celebrating the best craft beers,
street food and live music, will be taking place at Motherwell Concert Hall on
Friday 21 September and Saturday 22 September.
With over thirty beers available, festival-goers will
have the chance to sample some of the finest ales, lagers and stouts from
across the UK and abroad.
The list includes, Ahab from Glasgow’s own Up Front
Brewing, Pot Kettle Black from the Yeastie Boys of New Zealand, Forest Bacuri
from Brazilian brewery Amazon Beer and the best seller from last year’s Beer
Festival, Lucky Buddha from China.
For those with a different taste, there will also be a
selection of cocktails and spirits available, including craft gin, rum and
vodka from around the world.
Topping off the cream will be live music from some of
the best bands in the Scottish gig scene, including Dogtooth, Daddy Naggins and
BombSKAre - the winners of Britain’s Best Part Time Band and The
Junkman’s Choir.
The festival is sure to sell out! Tickets are
only available at the door on a first come first served basis so we recommend
getting there early!
