Apprenticeships.

programme could be perfect for you.
An Early Years apprenticeship
will allow you to work as a member of a team contributing to the delivery of a
high quality, flexible, integrated early education and childcare service which
cares for the child by ensuring all needs are met within a safe setting. As an
Early Year's modern apprentice you would be asked to:
- Respond to the physical needs of the children for example feeding,
washing, changing and handling them
- Undertake all tasks in full compliance with child protection guidance
- Support the observation, recording and assessment of groups/individual
children and to participate in professional review and development processes.
Being an Early
Years modern apprentice will allow you to contribute to the delivery of a broad
and balanced Early Years program.
If you are aged 16-19, a Modern Apprenticeship
could be the ideal way for you to start your career.
While on the programme you will be paid a training
allowance and there can be opportunities for further training and development
or even a permanent job.
