Andy is an accredited business adviser and a marketing and technology expert. Andy has formed and run technology and consultancy businesses and has helped hundreds of companies worldwide to increase revenue and boost profit. His real skill is joining up sales, marketing & operations from a combined viewpoint of the right technology, with the right processes, automating repetitive tasks where possible, all to meet the company goals and overall strategy. Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Data & Marketing.

Graduating in 2006, Sheridan studied BSc (Hons) Business and Technology at Sheffield Hallam University which included a placement year at Boots. He spent the next ten months travelling solo around the world visiting Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and USA before returning to his studies.
In 2010 he gained an MSc in Environmental Management, including modules on CSR and Social Entrepreneurship before becoming a British Council Climate Advocate and developing a local student food growing project, Food 4 Thought.
Sheridan's international involvement continued, being selected to participate in the UK/China Exchange of Future Leaders programme which saw him spend ten days in China, returning to Nottingham to host environmental entrepreneurs on visits to Biocity, Green Street, NTU, Creative Homes (UoN), the Science Park and Holme Pierrepont.
In 2012, he was awarded the Nottingham Roosevelt Scholarship and spent three months travelling around the USA researching the Social Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, even living with Haven Roosevelt, the grandson of President F.D. Roosevelt.
