How managers can support Trauma Informed Practice

Are you the manager of a service in Nottingham that supports people experiencing multiple and complex needs? We are holding a good practice workshop, in which you will have the opportunity to come together with managers of similar services to share expertise and discuss local issues. In the workshop – led by Pam Abbott, Registered Social Worker and Lead Trainer at Framework - we will explore:

  • What is Trauma Informed Practice?
  • Good Practice in Reflective Supervision
  • How to overcome barriers to working in a Trauma Informed way
  • How to prevent Vicarious Trauma in staff members
  • How to support the establishing of a Trauma Informed ethos within your organisation
