Future me launch event - Sign up now!
Start your week at our launch event, where you will hear from Manchester Met alumna and high-profile businesswoman Bridget Lea.
Bridget has more than 25 years of business and voluntary experience and is currently Managing Director of the Commercial Division at BT EE.
At the launch event, you will also hear more about our programme for the week ahead and learn about starting your group challenge.

How to be a Design Thinker
This is a flagship activity in Future me week. You will take on a department-specific challenge and develop creative solutions to tackle a real-world problem as part of a team, honing some great skills to build your employability.
If you are not timetabled for the Design Thinking course, you can still take part by accessing resources online and completing it at your own pace.

The Summit
A day of thought-provoking TED-style talks on the theme of ‘change makers’ to inspire you to make positive change.
Speakers will include activists, community leaders and entrepreneurs who will share how they have shaped change in their community or sector as well as overcoming barriers throughout their career journeys.
