Ofsted & CQC Visit To Manchester
Share Your Views & Experiences
Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are in Manchester to inspect our SEND services. They really want to hear your views. This is your opportunity to tell inspectors about your experiences of special educational needs and disabilities services. This includes all the services you and your child or young person access, such as the SEND Community Offer, as well as more specialist services.
Please take the time to complete this survey and help shape the future of SEND services in Manchester. You can also email your experiences to Ofsted at lasend.support@ofsted.gov.uk.
The survey will remain open until Tuesday 23rd November 2021.
Watch this video to find out more about the inspection and how you can help.

Manchester Local Offer - More Than A Website
The visit from Ofsted and the CQC is a chance to share what you think about Manchester Local Offer. Getting feedback will help us improve the offer and make it even better. Here's what we do:
Website - Bringing together activities, advice and information in one place. Working with parent carers, we've improved how the pages look - with more changes to come.
E-newsletter - Sharing regular news and updates since March 2020 and throughout the pandemic, with a growing list of subscribers.
Drop Ins - Monthly drop ins with services and parent carers. We've been virtual for over a year and a half but we're now returning to face to face drop ins around the city.
Social Media - Sharing information via our Twitter account and the Manchester Parent Carer Forum and Manchester Parent Champions Facebook pages.
The Local Offer Team - People are always welcome to contact us with their questions. More recently, we've had 'Ask Ali', with a team member helping parent carers find what they're looking for.
