Adult social care: sharing the LGA's key messages In the run-up to the Green Paper and wider
debates on the NHS and social care, Cllr Izzi Seccombe, Chair of the LGA’s
Community Wellbeing Board, has written to all social care portfolio holders
outlining its key messages on the future of adult social care. It would be a
big help if you could convey these to your local MPs. The letter is available online. The LGA is always keen
that its policy messages reflect the views of member councils. Please
do share your views on the LGA's lines, and on whether you are happy to contact your
local MPs on this vital issue. Cllr Seccombe is also interested to hear of any replies
you receive from your MPs. Please send any responses to matthew.hibberd@local.gov.uk
