Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
With a heavy heart, Tropical World zoo and shop will be closed to the public as of Thursday 5th November. Our café will remain open for takeaway service only from 10am to 3.30pm daily.
We will continue to monitor developments and follow the latest government guidance on when it may be appropriate for us to safely reopen. As always we will share any further updates through our social channels and webpage.
Visitors that have purchased tickets for the period between Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December, we would love to offer you a transfer of tickets to an alternative date in the future. You will be contacted shortly to arrange.
In the meantime, we will continue to share stories, keeper talks and site news through our social media channels so you all can enjoy a piece of Tropical World from the comfort of your own home.
