A florist and a social entrepreneur are among the first ten Havering businesses to join an intensive programme of start-up support aimed at taking new local firms to the next level.
Over the next 18 months the partnership between small business support group Enterprise Nation and Havering Council is offering free business growth support with workshops, events and advice clinincs.

The London Riverside BID Annual Sponsored Bike ride takes place on Friday 12 August 2016, raising money for the Rainham Royals Youth Club.
It's a 5 km ride along the River Thames from 11 am – 2.30pm.The Mayor of Havering – Cllr Philippa Crowder and her Consort Cllr John Crowder will start the race at the Barges car park, Coldharbour Lane and the ride will finish at the RSPB reserve.
The Royals was originally established as a registered charity and voluntary organization in 1993, as a response from local residents of Rainham Village, who were concerned about the lack of provision for young people.
Don't forget to look out for BID’s evening security guard from Security Projects Ltd, Kane White, taking part in the ride, Kane will be riding a unicycle!!
